Zoe | Scoliosis Patient
Zoe and her mother are from San Pedro Sula, and their first visit to the Ruth Paz Foundation was because of Zoe's condition, scoliosis, who after 4 hours of surgery, received the surgery they longed for to transform her life.
Zoe was 11 years old when one day her mother noticed a small bone protruding from her back. She tells us: “That was on a Sunday. On Monday, I went to the pediatrician, and he sent me to an orthopedist, and that's where we realized I had scoliosis. The day I visited the pediatrician, my husband told me to come to the Ruth Paz Foundation because a neighbor's daughter had scoliosis surgery here, and it was an excellent surgery. He also said that they only treat scoliosis here.”
