The Ruth Paz PeHospital for Burned Children and Pediatric Surgery provides medical care to Honduran children. Treating children and adolescents who have been burned or those in need of surgery.

Our objective
Provide health care to children with burn trauma in a specialized center, reducing the patient's morbidity and mortality. The hospital will reduce the surgical delay of pediatric surgeries at a regional level, granting the possibility of carrying out these interventions in our hospital. Finally, international medical brigades in different modalities will be housed to meet the medical needs of the inhabitants of the north-western region.

Provide specialized care for the burned patient from the north-western region and a national reference.
Prepare and develop a program of surgical medical brigades (quarterly, semi-annually, and annually) for children and adults in the following specialties: urology, orthopedics, general medicine, podiatry, and reconstructive surgery for burned patients.
