María José | Pediatric Scoliosis and Orthopedics Medical Brigade | 2021

María José underwent hip surgery after being evaluated by a pediatrician in Yoro. Her family learned about the Foundation through a personal referral, and she received her first surgery in 2019. With this procedure, it is expected that María José will only need one more surgery.

At 5 years old, María José enjoys playing pretend cooking and loves puzzles.
